A free eye medical camp was organized today in Satyanarayanapuram 1st Ward with the aim of promoting public health. The camp was conducted under the leadership of Ward Councillor Sheikh Saidimiya and received an overwhelming response from the residents of the ward.
Speaking on the occasion, Sheikh Saidimiya said that the camp was organized with the intention of helping poor people in the ward, especially senior citizens, overcome eyesight-related problems through examinations conducted by expert doctors. Around [number] people underwent eye check-ups, and necessary medicines were distributed to those in need.
Ward volunteers and local dignitaries also participated in the program.
